Ages 16-18
The Assistant Mountain Bike Instructor Workshop is a 2.5-day program for young adults aged 16-18 prepping for roles as assistant instructors. Focus on skills, leadership, teaching, safety, and risk management.
The Course starts on Friday afternoon at 4:00pm for orientation. Saturday and Sunday are 2 full days from 9-5. Campers will need to bring lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
Who This Is For:
• Youth Ages 16-18
• Skill Level: Advanced
• Riders interested in working as a skills instructor or guide in the bike industry.

The workshop provides intensive training in biking, leadership, teaching, safety, and risk management, ensuring participants are prepared for assistant instructor roles.
• Bikes: A Mountain Bike is needed, but your child does not need to own their own bike. Campers can rent an appropriate bike from The Line. If Campers are bringing their own bike, it needs to be in safe working order. Please bring the bike into the Line prior to the camp for a complimentary safety check.
• Gear Up: Mountain Bike, helmet, sunglasses, protective gear, notebook and pen/pencil, snacks, weather appropriate active clothing.
• Campers should bring a lunch, snacks, and a water bottle. We will provide snacks and a water jug to refill bottles.
