Every Liv bike we sell is fully configured before you ride it: suspension setup, cockpit adjusted to your reach, dropper post set to your height, and contact points fitted to you. Setup is not an add-on. It is part of the process.
Service on Liv bikes is the same as service on anything else we work on. Bring it in, we tell you what it needs, we do the work.
