The Shop

More than a tune up

We service everything we sell, and plenty of bikes we did not. Mountain, gravel, road, kids, and e-bikes, with a specialty in suspension that is hard to find at most shops. Our services follow manufacturer recommendations so your bike lasts, stays safe, and stays fun to ride.

Every estimate is free. We walk you through the options before we start any work, and everything we do is fully guaranteed. Please call ahead for service at (425) 292-9135. We strive for a three day turnaround on scheduled work.

How It Works

Call, drop off, ride it home

Step 01
Call ahead

We talk through what your bike needs and get you scheduled. For major work we may suggest a quick drop in estimate first, so we have the right parts ready and time reserved in the shop.

Step 02
Drop it off

We go through the full estimate with you before starting any work. No surprises. If we find something we did not expect, we call before we touch it.

Step 03
Ride it

Every service closes with a test spin and a buddy check. We target three days on scheduled work, and we call you the moment it is ready.

We walk through your bike and tell you what it needs
Our principle

If it needs minimal disassembly, no special tools, and a quick diagnosis, we handle it while you wait, most under fifteen minutes. Walk in anytime during shop hours. If your bike needs more, we will tell you honestly and set you up with the right package.

The Suspension Lab

Suspension, actually dialed

Suspension is our passion area and what The Line is known for. Our Dynamic Suspension Coaching pairs static and dynamic sag testing with slow motion video, so your bike is set for the way you actually ride, not a factory chart. We are factory trained on RockShox and Fox, and also handle Ohlins, DVO, and more.

Fifty hour and two hundred hour services on forks and shocks, all done in house by certified technicians with factory tools and parts, in partnership with Edgar Bikes. You will feel the difference.

For liability and insurance reasons, we service e-bikes from the brands we carry, Transition, Pivot, Giant, Liv, and Momentum, or bikes with Bosch, Shimano, or Yamaha systems sold through bike shops. Have a different system? Call us before scheduling at (425) 292-9135.
