We work on all brands across road, gravel, mountain, and kids' bikes. We service most e-bikes too, though not every system, so give us a call to confirm yours before you come in.

What we do

Tune-ups
Shifting, brakes, bolt check, and a full safety once-over. The reset your bike wants a couple of times a season.
Drivetrain
Chains, cassettes, and derailleurs cleaned, replaced, and adjusted so every shift lands crisp. Ultrasonic parts wash on the deeper packages.
Brakes
Hydraulic bleeds, pad and rotor swaps, and lever feel dialed for confident stopping power.
Wheels and tires
Truing, spoke tension and dish, tubeless setups, and flat repairs to keep you rolling straight and fast.
E-bike service
Diagnostics, firmware, and drive-unit care for the systems we support, plus the e-bikes we sell. We can't service every e-bike system, so call us at (425) 292-9135 to confirm we can work on yours before you bring it in.
Overhauls
A full strip, clean, and rebuild. Bearings, cables, suspension, and every contact point brought back to new-bike-day feel.
While you wait
Small jobs, handled on the spot.
Some fixes don't need an appointment. Roll in and we'll handle the quick stuff while you wait, usually in under 15 minutes. Anything bigger, we'll set up an assessment and go from there.
Quick adjustments
Brake lever reach or caliper alignment; minor shifting adjustments (cable tension, limits, b-screw); saddle height or angle; a slightly bent hanger straightened; air added to your fork or shock with a sag check; headset play checked and adjusted.
Maintenance
Flat repair (tube swap or sealant refresh); tire inflation to spec; a quick chain wipe and lube.
Safety checks
A visual wheel-true check; pedals, stem, seatpost, and crank bolts torqued; a quick once-over that your wheels are secure and brakes are working.
Small installs
Bells, reflectors, and pre-assembled lights; a water-bottle cage; tubeless or tube troubleshooting on parts bought in the shop.

How pricing works
- Your assessment is free, at drop-off.
- You approve the full quote before we start any work.
- The bigger the package, the bigger the labor discount: 10% off labor on the Preventative Service, 20% on the Comprehensive, 30% on the Overhaul.
- Parts are billed separately from package labor.
- Times are estimates and can vary with the bike's condition. The final quote follows what your bike actually needs.
Suspension servicing
The work most shops send away. We do it here.
Most shops ship your fork or shock to an outside service center. Ours never leaves North Bend: in-house, on our own bench, with factory tools and factory parts.
This is the maintenance side: keeping your fork and shock healthy. Want your suspension set up around the way you ride? That is a separate experience, dynamic suspension tuning, just below.
In-house, not shipped out
Because the work stays on our bench, your fork or shock is not sitting in a shipping box for a week. We keep it in North Bend from drop-off to pickup, which means a faster turnaround and a single point of accountability.
Service and full rebuilds
Front forks, rear shocks, or both. A basic service around every 50 hours of riding keeps things sealed and sliding smoothly; a full rebuild around every 100 to 200 hours restores the original ride feel.

Our work is done by certified suspension technicians using factory tools and factory parts. You get a free estimate up front and honest guidance on what your suspension actually needs, with no unnecessary upselling.
Dynamic suspension tuning
Two hours with Mike, and your suspension finally makes sense.
Servicing keeps your suspension healthy. Tuning makes it fit you. This is a 2-hour ride session, one-on-one with owner Mike, setting your fork and shock up around your weight, your bike, and the way you actually ride.
- A full 2 hours, so come ready to ride.
- We start with a static setup, then move to dynamic sag testing on our purpose-built suspension course at Snoqualmie Point Park, right next to our rental container at the base of the Raging River trails.
- Slow-motion video of your wheels while you ride shows you exactly what your fork and shock are doing.
- Personalized coaching on every adjustment, so you leave knowing how to set sag, rebound, and compression for yourself.
- We record your final settings, so you always have a baseline to come back to.

You bring the bike in, we look it over and quote it, and we book the work. Quick jobs often happen on the spot; bigger ones get scheduled.
Bring it in for an assessment
Roll in with your bike and we'll look it over together. It's free, and if it's a quick fix we'll often take care of it on the spot. Not sure what it needs? That's exactly what the assessment is for.
We quote it, you approve
We go through the bike, sort what needs doing now from what can wait, and give you a clear price. Nothing gets worked on until you say go.
We schedule the work and your pickup
Once you approve, we set a work window and a pickup date. If a part has to be ordered or we're booked out, you'll take the bike home and bring it back for its scheduled slot, so it isn't sitting on our rack waiting. We reach out the moment it's ready to roll. A discounted rental can keep you riding in the meantime.
