Topics we’ll cover:

  • How overuse and acute injuries relate to bike fit and ergonomics

  • Rider vs. bike: evaluating whether fit or form is the real issue

  • Pedaling mechanics and how to distribute load across the pedals, saddle, and handlebar

  • Common adjustments for knee, low back, saddle, neck, hand, and wrist discomfort
