They build bikes for Pacific Northwest terrain - the roots, the rocks, the relentless drizzle - and the models in our lineup are the ones their own team would take out on the Snoqualmie Valley trails. That proximity is not a marketing line. It shapes which bikes we stock, how we set them up, and what we know about riding them in this specific corner of the world.

We run an official Transition Demo Center at North Bend HQ and at Snoqualmie Point Park, which puts the bikes at the actual trailhead. You are not demoing in a parking lot. You are riding on the same dirt the bikes are built for.
If you fall in love at first ride - and most people do - 100% of your demo fee applies toward the purchase of a new bike. It is the lowest-pressure way to make a high-confidence decision.
